We collect the information you give us when you sign up (name, email, business details) and the call data generated by using the product (recordings, transcripts, call metadata) in order to provide the service.

Call recording is governed by Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. We require explicit, logged consent before a call is recorded, and a caller's refusal stops the recording.

We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. Data is stored with our infrastructure providers and processed only to deliver the service.
